I am a first time home buyer and didn’t have a lot of background knowledge going into this process. She was helpful and available to call and text if I had any questions. We ran into issues with my first place I made an offer on. She called me directly to talk about pros and cons moving forward. We decided it was my best interest to back away and retract my offer. We are not from the area which had made it a bit more difficult for us to view properties. Many agents were not responsive, did not return phone calls or emails. Our downsizing was emotionally difficult after 20 years in our well loved home. They listened and supported us each step of the process.
